COVID-19 INFORMATION


Please be advised that the well-being of our customers, suppliers and team is our main priority. We are actively following the advice of the Public Health Agency and continue to monitor the situation closely. We appreciate everyone's support and understanding in these challenging weeks and months ahead. 

We could not have envisaged having to publish this information; however, it is so important to us that we can keep our lovely customers, staff and their families safe. In line with the latest government directive as well as the advice from the WHO, we have temporarily closed our two stores to the public due to COVID-19. We have also reduced our manufacturing side to skeleton staff. 

Unfortunately we cannot continue to process internet orders after Wednesday 26th March, we have a rural premises and trips to the post office would put our staff at unnecessary risk. All internet orders received on and after Thursday 27th March will be processed on our return to work or refunded. 

We will be keeping the situation under regular review and we are keeping some channels of communication open for customers, which can be found below.

Those who are awaiting orders be assured we are working our way through these and we will be in touch with lead times very shortly. Anyone with concerns please
