We have made every effort to display our jewellery as accurately as possible. However as colours and images vary depending on your own monitor and browser we cannot guarantee that the products will be exactly as seen on your monitor. Most products are described with sizes/lengths given as close to accurate as possible, for a hand made object.
The Steensons endeavour to supply its jewellery following the highest levels of inspection and service. However we do operate a simple returns policy.
*No refunds/exchanges are available on earrings for hygienic reasons.
We offer a simple seven-day money back guarantee. If any item is not quite what you required then just notify us by email/post (stating reason for return) within seven days of receipt. We will issue you with either a refund or allow you to exchange the item for another product. Postage is not refundable in this case.
Please ensure that the correct size of product is ordered (if applicable), as we cannot accept responsibility for a mis-order. We can supply rings in UK , USA , French or German sizes. If sizing information is required, we will contact you directly, prior to your order being dispatched.
Please check your goods on delivery. If items are damaged/faulty please let us know within three days and arrange to post them back to us. We will reimburse the extra postage costs. Please let us know that they are being returned, and why.
Any goods being returned to us should be sent by a signed for postal system for your own proof of delivery. This postage cost is not reimbursable (unless the items are damaged/faulty).
The prices on the web site include VAT at 17.5% and this is the charge for customers within the EU. Customers outside of the EU will have this tax removed from their invoice before payment is taken.
Postage: A packing and postage fee of £5.00 per item will be added.
Customers ordering high value items or parcels (£500.00 +) will be emailed with options of delivery and their costs before despatch.
In the rare event that an item is incorrectly priced on the web site, The Steensons reserve the right to not supply that item at said price. Our normal price will be offered instead.
By placing an order you agree to the terms and conditions above. Your statutory rights are not affected.
